This Statement of Compliance is issued by FOLOTOY CREATIVE PTE. LTD. ("FOLOTOY") pursuant to Part 1, Chapter 2, Section 9 of the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022 ("The Act") and the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023 ("The Regulations").

Compliance with Security Requirements

In the opinion of the manufacturer, FOLOTOY CREATIVE PTE. LTD. has complied with the applicable security requirements set out in Schedule 1 of The Regulations, specifically:

1. Passwords (Schedule 1, Section 1)

All FOLOTOY products require a one-time code for authentication. No default or universal passwords are used. Each device is configured with a unique one-time code during initial setup via the FOLOTOY application.

2. Security Issue Reporting (Schedule 1, Section 2)

FOLOTOY provides a publicly accessible point of contact for reporting security vulnerabilities at folotoy.com/security. Reports can be submitted via email to [email protected]. Reporters will receive acknowledgment within 5 business days and regular status updates until resolution.

3. Minimum Security Update Period (Schedule 1, Section 3)

FOLOTOY provides security updates for a minimum of 2 years from the date of purchase. The defined support period is published at folotoy.com/security-updates.
